Today when I was at the fitness center, my therapist (joe) had me working on walking up and down the stairs, then when we got to opening the door to work on walking around outside, he said to me,"heh.. I'm gonna make you open the doors by yourself and help yourself up and down the stairs by yourself as much as possible, to get you prepared for New York because you'll have to help yourself a lot when you're in New York." I don't know if he assumes that I get more help than I actually do.. The assbag. I help myself independently do pretty much everything right now the way it is.
